- Eligibility: All eligible returns will be for merchandise exchange only.
- In-Store Returns: Must be made within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
- Online Orders: Must be returned within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by a receipt.
- Condition of Items:
- Shoes: Must be in the original box and in the same condition as when received.
- Apparel: Must be unworn, with all tags still attached.
- Final Sale: Please note that all sales merchandise, jewelry, pajamas, and seasonal items are non-returnable.
Refunds:
- All eligible returns will automatically receive a refund in the form of a gift card sent to the email on file.
- Your gift card will have a 5-year expiration date for use on future purchases.
